Tales of Tel Anar: an Original Fantasy Roleplay setting

Lux
It may be prudent to bring some sunglasses for this one, being the light islet and all that. Long days and short nights all year round would make it an ideal holiday destination...if it weren't for all the dragons, that is. Just, whatever you do, if you come across a light dragon, DO NOT let it give you a riddle. They're always really, really hard.

The fire island. True to its namesake, the place can get rather toasty, but it's more on the tropical end than 'burnt to a crisp wasteland'. Despite fire dragon's destructive nature, it's not terribly surprising that they don't want to live in varying piles of ash, but their care for the tropical forests is amazing to those who don't know them well. Chop the trees down with great caution...fire dragons take their botanical duties very seriously.

Not a good place to bring a scaredy cat, let me tell you! Blesk full of rolling moors...and, of course, lightning.
The weather is almost perpetually stormy, by the lightning dragon's demand, yet no one's quite sure how the place hasn't flooded yet. One can only assume that they have a superb drainage system...or maybe they just drink it all. Who knows?

Gelum
I hope you brought your winter coats, because it's a wee bit chilly up in Gelum! Yes, it's probably no surprise that the ice dragons prefer their land to be rather tundra-like, but are you the one who's going to tell them "no"? I didn't think so. If you're looking for loot on this frosty islet, then it's probably a good idea to forsake the shovel and go for the pickaxe instead...because it's a little stupid to try and dig in ice with a shovel, aye?

Datura
Eurgh, if Lux is the ideal holiday destination, Datura is by far the worst. Home of the poison dragons, this islet is mostly one massive swamp, filled to the brim with suspicious looking berries and flowers. It should go without saying that eating such things isn't a good idea...unless you're a poison dragon. In that case, I hear they're rather delicious!

If you view the islet from the air, as the dragons often do, you'll be greeted with an odd sight. The spot of land is divided into strips of completely different biomes, each corresponding to one of the surrounding islets. In the middle sits the capital city with the same name as the island, which is essentially just one massive conference table for all of the dragons to stand on. If you're a non-dragon and are a little non-plussed about visiting here, the Pýcha tourist board reminds you that there is small segment of the city for the 'little people' as they put it. There are a few shops littered about, but the main appeal is the Crownberry wine, made and matured on that very island. If you're a connoisseur, then sipping this exquisite beverage is a must!
